The PheeNet WAP-854NP is uniquely designed with an IP50 rated dustproof, wall-mountable and metal housing for a fast, robust, secure and business class Access Point perfect for installation in factories, warehouses, hotels, marinas, hospitals, large homes, hotspot, etc.

The PheeNet WAP-854NP is compliant to the latest IEEE802.11n standard, and supports business- class WLAN security, QOS, Multiple Virtual AP, and Client isolation for highly secured required enterprise networking environments. The PheeNet WAP-854NP's Wireless Distribution System (WDS) feature allows for flexible extension of wireless coverage. It can be powered via three alternative methods from 1) Single LAN port for IEEE802.3af POE (Power over Ethernet) to eliminates the need for power sockets, allows installation of this device in areas where power outlets are not readily available to improve deployment flexibility, 2) DC Power Adapter (AC Input: 100~240 VAC, 50~60 Hz, DC Input: 12V, 1.5A), and also 3) 12VDC DC power input.

The PheeNet WAP-854NP is easy-to-use and install with web-based administrative interface making configuration and client management simple and easy. In addition, management interfaces such as CLI and SNMP are also supported.


the PheeNet WAP-854NP can physically be deployed at any location with an IP network. Its WLAN can be logically incorporated into a remote PheeNet's Wireless Switch or NAC Gateway that manages it through the internal network via secure tunnels. It means the administrator can easily deploy the WAP-854NP and use Wireless Switch or NAC Gateway to do Centralized AP Setup and Management, like LAN Setup, Management Setup, Time Server Setup, Wireless Basic Setup, VAP Setup, Firmware upgrade, and also powerful AP Group Management (like MAP, Dynamic Channel Allocation, Max. Client Control, MAC Filter control), and AP Group Status (Overview, Location, Device Information, Online user, Device Syslog). It helps the system administrator to easy deploy and manage AP to provide the efficient service for wireless clients.
