Overview

The AP265 from IP COM is designed to provide WiFi coverage for hotel rooms, university dormitories, hospital wards, and other sites with densely divided rooms. It delivers 867Mbps wireless rate at 5GHz radio and 300Mbps wireless rate at 2.4GHz radio with the latest Wi-Fi 802.11ac technology.

The device fits into an 86mm back box and is compliant with PoE 802.3af standards enabling it to be deployed quickly.

Dual band 11AC 1167Mbps

The AP265 delivers 867Mbps wireless rate at 5GHz radio and 300Mbps wireless rate at 2.4GHz radio with the latest Wi-Fi 802.11ac technology.  The outstanding Wi-Fi performance is ideal for bandwidth sensitive applications like streaming in HD and seamless online gaming

Compliant with PoE 802.3af

The port on the back panel supports Power over Ethernet (PoE) functionality, which allows both power and data to be carried over a single Ethernet cable to the AP265. It is easy to deploy without additional power supply.

VLAN Tagging For Multi SSID

The AP265 can be configured to broadcast 8 SSID at 2.4GHz radio and 4 SSID at 5GHz radio. Each SSID can be tagged to a specified network VLAN to establish different internet access rights.

5GHz band steering

The AP265 features 5GHz band steering function to detect clients capable of 5 GHz operation and steers them to that frequency which leaves the more crowded 2.4 GHz band available for legacy clients

Easy to setup, Easy to manage

The AP265 can be managed by AP Controller, the administrator can setup, manage and monitor all the Aps online status more easily.
