Single Pack

Overview

3-port 85Mbps Ethernet HomePlug Adapter. The Solwise PL-85PE-3PE HomePlug Ethernet Adaptor provides No-New-Wires communications to any room, over your existing electricity cables, at speeds up to 85Mbps. The provision of three ethernet ports provides convenient connections for multiple devices such as Internet TVs, Games Consoles, Routers, Printers etc.

Ideal for residential applications, based on the Intellon INT5500 high-speed powerline chipset with patented PowerPacket OFDM technology. Interoperable with all HomePlug 1.0 devices and also older devices based on the HomePlug 14Mbps standard.

Built-in Quality of Service (QOS) features provide bandwidth-optimisation for multimedia payloads including Internet Sharing, TV over IP (IPTV), Online-Gaming, VoIP Calls and much more.

Easy to install and use, the PL-85PE-3PE plugs straight in to an existing wall electrical socket. 56 bit DES encryption keeps you safe from eavesdroppers and hackers, even on a shared electrical supply. AutoMDI/MDIX means you can plug directly in to any 10/100 Ethernet device for a simple, hassle free installation.

Remember, you will need at least two HomePlug devices to form a HomePlug connection. More HomePlug 1.0 devices can be added to further share your network.
