Sales Administrator

Due to some restructuring we have an opening for a Sales Administrator, this covers Sales order processing - website/telephone/walk-in in customers/emails – this entails processing the order, creating despatch notes through to invoicing customers on our inhouse bespoke sales order processing system.

  • Handling customer enquiries by phone, email, walk-in
  • Liaise with the couriers
  • General admin/filing
  • Stationery orders
  • Process bank payments
  • Assist with some month-end routines
  • Credit Control for account customers
  • We are happy to consider someone looking at Business Administration Apprenticeships or people looking for slightly reduced hours, 30hours+

    We are a mail-order company and as such being able to work as part of a small team is essential, this may involve other tasks not listed above, such as moving boxes & packing up parcels on a busy day! These sorts of tasks add to the ‘making every day different’ nature of our company.
