Overview

The QuSpot A360S is an omni-directional external 4G and 2.4GHz WiFi antenna that simultaneously acts as a waterproof enclosure for the Teltonika RUT360 router. The A360S can be used in both fixed installations, such as buildings and static caravans, and mobile installations, such as boats and campervans and is very flexible in terms of positioning, since cable length isn't a factor like it is for most 4G/WiFi antennas.

The A360S is ideal for scenarios in which an external antenna has to be mounted far away from where the accompanying router would normally be, as performance with 4G LTE routers goes down as the antenna cables get longer. Since the A360S acts as a waterproof enclosure for the RUT360, the router can be located right with the antenna and consequently suffers no performance degradation along the cables. This also means that standard Ethernet cables (CAT5 or CAT6) can be run from the router down to the desired network location, allowing for cable runs of up to 100 metres if necessary.
