The Tenda POE30G-AT is a Gigabit PoE injector operating on the 802.3af and 802.3at standards, meaning it is compatible with most PoE equipment in the UK market. When used with CAT5e and CAT6 Ethernet cable, the POE30G can supply data transmissions of up to 1Gbps to PoE equipment while powering them and connecting them to the rest of the network; this makes it hugely beneficial for anyone wanting to use high-performance PoE equipment without compromising on speed, such as Wireless Access Points, VOIP telephones and IP Cameras.

The POE30G is capable of supplying a full 30W of PoE power up to distances of 100 metres, making it ideal for scenarios in which PoE equipment must be positioned far away from any nearby power sources such as remote security cameras. This PoE injector is effectively plug-and-play, requiring no configuration at all to power PoE equipment, making it excellent for any deployments that need to be simple, quick and efficient.

The POE30G additionally features an automatic short-circuit function to prevent equipment damage and networking failure in the event of an erroneously high current or electrical interruption. This makes it particularly suitable for use in volatile scenarios with expensive equipment.
