Overview

The Teltonika TRB500 is an industrial 4G/5G LTE Cat 20 IoT Gateway, equipped with a single Gigabit Ethernet port, 2x configurable Inputs/Outputs and a micro-USB port. The TRB500's compact design makes this Gateway perfect for an application where a sole gadget must be granted reliable Internet connectivity. The TRB500 is engineered to be used in an industrial application and therefore it has a robust frame and a wide range of software features such as SMS control, Firewall, Open VPN, IPsec, RMS and FOTA support.

As a 5G device, the TRB500 is a powerful device for use in mission-critical IoT installations that require a very fast, stable internet connection, such as IP cameras and machines located remotely from a standard network that require constant 24/7 access. As a way of guaranteeing this strength and reliability, the TRB500 supports 4x4 MIMO antenna connections to allow for the strongest possible mobile signal.

The TRB500 can also be used as a strong WAN input for standard network routers, either as a failover option for unreliable broadband networks or as a primary WAN connection for rural areas with weak broadband speeds.

 The TRB500 supports various other advanced features including multiple VPN services, firewalls and security features, and Remote Management support (Teltonika RMS). All of these functionalities and more can be configured using the clear and intuitive RutOS web interface. Auto-APN configuration is enabled by default in order to make the TRB500 as quick and easy as possible to set up, even for people with minimal networking experience.
