Teltonika Mobile Outdoor Antenna

Overview

The Teltonika PR1KCL25 is a low-profile LTE/4G MIMO antenna, designed to be roof mounted on a building or vehicle.

Housed in IP65 weather-resistant casing, and equipped with x2 LTE cables with SMA (M) connectors, this antenna helps improves signal reception and transmission quality for 3G/4G routers by collecting the mobile signal from outside, when indoor mobile antennas can't quite reach the cell tower from within the routers indoor placement.
This could be for a number of reasons such as:
• The router is placed within a house with thick external walls.
• The router is placed next to metal exterior that blocks signal, such as a fridge/freezer.
• The router is placed within metal exterior that blocks signal, e.g. a vehicle / vending machine / cashpoint.
• The router has multiple objects in-between itself and the cell tower.

The antenna's screw-mount roof design, compact shape, and IP65-rated enclosure, make the antenna suited for vehicle-mounted deployments, including fleet vehicles, public transport, and emergency response units, with the attached 3metre cables allowing for flexible internal routing to your router that is placed inside your home / vehicle / enclosure.

The PR1KCL25 can be highly effective in fixed remote site installations such as; construction sites, energy utility enclosures, and agriculture monitoring systems. It integrates seamlessly with a range of Teltonika industrial 4G routers making it a versatile and cost-efficient connectivity upgrade.

Whether mounted on a moving vehicle or a remote infrastructure, the PR1KCL25 delivers LTE signal performance in a durable, compact, and installation-friendly format, when your indoor mobile antennas just can't quite reach the LTE signal from outside the router's location.

Please note: this antenna is a direct replacement for the indoor mobile antennas (usually) included with a router, but gives you the flexibility of 3metre cable length.

They’re helpful because terms like ‘weatherproof’ and ‘waterproof’ are unspecific terms and don’t always convey the necessary level of detail – waterproof on one device can mean it’s capable of withstanding rain.
