Overview

The Teltonika EYE-SENSOR-EN12830 is a compact, low-energy Bluetooth tracker with a built-in sensor, that's fitted with a robust IP67 casing, and has up to a 5year battery life to guarantee long-term reliability. This sensor sends out a Bluetooth signal, with a unique ID, containing crucial information to a server where it can be monitored.

The EYE-SENSOR-EN12830 is a Bluetooth Low Energy sensor that enhances business operations through certified temperature monitoring. The sensor holds an EN12830 certificate and delivers precise measurements with a 0.5°C accuracy class across all working ranges from -20°C to +60°C, with each temperature sensor calibrated in an ISO 17025-certified laboratory to ensure reliability.

The EYE-SENSOR-EN12830 is designed with a food-grade casing that complies with EU and FDA regulations for food contact applications, making it perfect for tracking perishables like dairy, meat, and pharmaceuticals, ensuring proper storage and delivery of temperature-sensitive goods in compliance with health and safety regulations.

Other use case scenarios include: Temperature tracking in refrigerated trailers, Temperature monitoring in a warehouse, Cold chain logistics for pharmaceuticals, Agricultural product storage, Hospital & Laboratory sample storage, and RSSI indoor tracking (locate devices within a building).

It also features internal memory capable of storing temperature readings for up to 345 days, ensuring compliant monitoring.

The EYE-SENSOR-EN12830 is configured and monitored via a Teltonika mobile app, designed to be quick to set up and use even for those unfamiliar with this kind of technology. Along with the basic monitoring of each Sensor via its unique ID number, the EYE-SENSOR-EN12830 software also enables other useful features; Low Level and High Level parameter alerts, wherein alerts are sent out to designated personnel once one of the tracked sensor readings reaches a certain level that requires immediate intervention.

The EYE-SENSOR-EN12830 can be used either indoors or outdoors depending on your requirement.
