Overview
The Engenius EUB-9701 is a draft 2.0 802.11n compliant device that delivers up to 6 times faster speeds than 802.11g while staying backward compatible with 802.11g and 802.11b devices. The speed of this Wireless-N USB adaptor makes heavy traffic networking activities more flexible.
Adding Engenius Wireless-N to your Notebook or Computer, provides an excellent solution for doing media-centric activities such as streaming video, gaming, and enhances the QoS (WMM) without any reduction of performance. It extends 3 times network coverage and boosts 6 times transmission throughput over existing 11g product.
For more security-sensitive applications the EUB-9701 supports Hardware-based IEEE 802.11i encryption/decryption engine, including 64-bit/128-bit WEP, TKIP, and AES. Also, it supports Wi-Fi alliance WPA and WPA2 encryption. Cisco CCX V1.0, V2.0 and V3.0 compliant.
