Digital Marketing Assistant

Solwise is an independent, Hull-based distributor of computer networking hardware. Promotional activity is primarily web based
and the company now seeks to grow it's team by the addition of a technically-aware web-communicator.

Responsibilities:

Website maintenance including writing copy

Press release preparation and distribution

Digital photography

Creating and editing flash and 3D animation

Promotional activities.

Occasional general office/sales duties in busy periods and to cover absences.

The successful candidate will:

be able to write good promotional copy and have a working understanding of computer networking hardware.

have experience of web applications and social media combined with excellent communication skills for dealing with customers and journalists in person, on the phone and online.

be able to work alone and as part of our small team.

be able to write good technical copy and have a clear working understanding of computer networking hardware.

Salary £14-20k depending on qualifications and experience.
